Called for a termite estimate. They gave me an estimated arrival time of 3-5 p.m. My husband left work early and waited outside our unfinished home which is currently under construction and uninhabitable. At 4:52 I called to follow up on the status of the inspector and was advised that the man had called out of work and they did not realize this. They would not be able to get another technician out until the next day. I asked if something could be done to compensate my husbands wasted time due to their oversight and was flat out told no. Needless to say I did not reschedule.

We have a year's contract. We would use them again in future. I would give an A to somebody goes out of their way to do something but they do the services in their contract. That is a good thing.

They are very reasonable and reliable. They are very good. I can not recommend them enough.

I have not scene any bed bugs since they came out. They did a good job. The only problem I have is that they have trouble fitting you in the time frame they gave you. The only problem I have is with the scheduling. As far as the service I have not had a problem

They take care of my rental place. The renters are kind of slobs and have dogs. I have to have the pest control and they keep treating.

They come out every quarter. I would recommend them to others because they come out when they say would and they call ahead of time. It works automatically. They take the price off my charge account. They will call me and I know when they are coming out. I moved and I have continued to use them. I will use them again in the future.
