It is my favorite place for that kind of stuff. I think I paid a little too much because they didn't diagnose the issue right the first time. I paid them more because they missed it on the initial diagnosis and I had to take it back in. Usually they are pretty reliable. If they would have fixed it right the first time I wouldn't have to go back. They were professional. I will use them again hopefully they will do better next time. This time they blew it on knowing what was wrong initially. I thought I explained to them what was wrong, so I don't know how they missed that initially. They didn't charge me to diagnose it again. The thing they did the first time wasn't necessary. I had to pay them twice because what they fixed the first time didn't fix the problem.

Micro Center employees went out of their way to help me. The manager even walked me around the shop and explained different things to me. He was very helpful. Everyone there was friendly and informative. They also have good hours and are open 7 days a week.
