They came to install the carpet and before installation they barely cleaned my floors.I had to request I vacuum and while I was vacuuming they watched and did not offer to help. After they installed the carpet there was a piece of carpeting that was not flush with the cabinets in the room. I requested they make the carpet flush and an employee explained that was not possible. He told me I would have to cut my custom made cabinets. After my husband returned home, he stated we need to them return to fix that piece of carpet. They finally returned and realized they could in fact fix the carpet. It was an un pleasant experience. They continued to make feel as if the situation was my fault. Three months after the installation, the carpet looked twenty years old. There were visible stains everywhere and you could see where my husband and I walk on the carpet. We don't even wear shoes, we only walk on the carpet with our socks. I called them to return to inspect the carpet and possibly re install new carpeting. They told me the only thing they could do was to clean the carpet. When the employee returned pictures were not taken. It was just explained they would only be able to clean the carpet and that should resolve the issue. However, I stated that would be too expensive and I tried to get a hold of the manufacturing company to see what they could do for me.
