Ziad n Earl called ahead n were very very professional Since Iâ  ve had other techs at the house before n still needed help I asked a zillion questions n Z explained everything to me without rolling his eyes Lol I was extremely happy so much got done so quickly and everything was addressed Ty for making my morning brighter Next time bring coffee 2 sugars!!!

He takes the time to explain things to me (as a new pool owner) and works to ensure Iâ m satisfied with the weekly result. Antony came with him today and did a great job as well - he was very nice, helpful, and efficient.

Ziad and Kevin were very professional and polite and knew exactly what they had to do in an efficient time. They discovered a leak on chorinator and tried to fix, however explained that it was very old and would have to be replaced . They gave me options and told me who to call to find out more info on replacing chlorinator . They left the pool clean and checked chemistry of pool . Overall great experience !

Honestly this company has been amazing from the STARTâ ¦. From the remodeling of my pool to the upkeep and maintenanceâ ¦ this year it took a little extra expertise to get my pool to sparkleâ ¦. But Ziad and Kevin stayed ( and reassured me) that everything possible was done to secure that my sparkling, radiant pool will be back to normalâ ¦ and it is â ¦ my pool is gorgeous!!! Amazing customer service by the staff Zaid and Thomas. They recognized any issues with my pool and addressed it. They made sure to notify me with any updates and assured me the pool would be taken care of while I was gone. Would definitely recommend.

Jose checked our filter and let us know we needed to replace it in order for our pool to run more efficiently. He did this on a Saturday which most businesses would make us wait until Monday. On Tuesday Ziad came to replace the filter and he spent so much extra time explaining everything to me so I could understand how the whole system runs! He went above and beyond to help me understand it all! All the employees that have come to work on our pool have been fantastic! This company has been so great and I am so happy we have them to ensure our pool is up and running all season long!

Great customer service. Friendly workers. They make sure all your questions are answered and any issues with the equipment are reaolved. I've worked with Melynda, Ricky, Jesus, Ziad, Rafy, Eric and Charles for opening and closing and weekly maintenance and they do a great job.

By far the best pool service I have ever dealt with! I had been through many, but will never leave these folks. The owner Jason is great at his job. He is caring and thorough and always comes through when needed. He definitely understands the phrase customer service!!! All of the employees I have encountered are all extensions of Jason. Dave in the field is amazing and Melynda and Christin in the office are always responsive, caring and helpful. Just a great company to deal with. Donâ t hesitate!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Ziad and Jesus came this morning to open our pool. They did a great job in removing the cover, installing all the equipment and diagnosing the setup. We were instructed at length on what to do to keep our pool clean and were texte dspecofic instructions to Make our lives easy.
