Description of Work: Mr. Taner Aral, owner, operator, president of Aztec Builders LLC, 375 Knickerbocker Avenue, Paterson, New Jersey 07503 (phone: 800-939-5074 & 973-460-5596) was hired, contracted to perform the following work for George, and wife Sharon, Walley, 36 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Woodland Park, New Jersey 07424 (Phone: home 973-345-3317, cell xxx-xxx-xxxx). Aztec Builders LLC, and it's owner where hired, contracted to preform the following work in the order listed below, which he neglected to do. A. Hired to install two basement casement windows, one (1) new window requiring cutout in foundation, and to replace one (1) existing window with a new matching casement window. It was understood that we, the customers would be required to pay an additional $200.00 dollars per window, $400.00 dollars total, that would be added to the $6,400.00 dollar bill making the total for the job $6,800.00 dollars B. Remove existing patio cement slabs, level, and pitch for water runoff, install a block wall to prevent erosion, make a flower garden approximately 12 inches wide running the length of the wall, and install new a new main patio with 4”x4”x4” Belgium Stone Blocks, as well as the walkway, main driveway slab in front of shed, and small entry slab above steps to leading to main patio. C. Remove cement from main entry porch landing, and replace with 4”x4”x4” Belgium Stone for an additional labor fee if it took more than several hours (3 or 4 as Mr. Aral said). The possibility of an additional fee was no problem, and I told Mr. Aral to add it to the contract in case it did run over the time that he estimated. Please note: Until July 2nd whenever I called Mr. Aral he answered on the first or second ring, and whenever I emailed him at Aztec Builders LLC he replied in a timely manner, quickly EVERYTIME! After July 2nd he no longer answered his phone, or replied to emails.Remove cement from main entry porch landing, and replace with 4”x4”x4” Belgium Stone for an additional labor fee. (additional fee)
