pest control, animal removal
 + 0 moreCompany was contacted to remove mice from the house. Droppings had been found. Company came in and placed pellets throughout the kitchen, pantry, and attic. One year contract was signed (a great deal of pressure to sign was applied). I had used this company many years ago, when the father was alive - and they were terrific. Father has since died, and the company should NEVER be used. Contract said that they would come monthly to reapply pellets. It required 5-6 phone calls a month to get them to come. They went to the attic and messed up the insulation. They came 2x for a year long contract (they were supposed to come 12 times). Each time they had an excuse - their truck broke down, someone was sick, etc. etc.They are several different addresses for their business. NEVER use them. After this event , my neighbor down the block told me that she had a similar experience with them. When the father was alive - they were great. Now - NEVER use them.
