Stanley Steemer

I live in Somers, NY (Heritage Hills of Westchester.) Our appointment was scheduled between 2-6pm to clean carpeting in two bedrooms. The good news, the employee was polite. The bad news, he was two hours late and left the carpet wet because he was hurrying so he could go home (it was almost 9:30 when he left.) Here are the details: Stanley Steemer's employee didn't show until almost 8pm, ruining our evening plans and upsetting our neighbors (the truck makes such a racket that our neighbors called the security office to complain.) He left the carpet so wet it didn't thoroughly dry for more than two days. In the future, we will find another carpet cleaning company.

I have used another provider but I think Stanley Steemer is better to me and Stanley Steemer is cheaper to me.  I had a couple of dark areas but quality I would say was good.  Punctuality was good too; they were right on time.  Their windows are not large.

They could have taken their time on the upholstery. They were going quickly and not getting things that could have been cleaned by the machine. They were very professional.

I have used them before but the guys that came this time were terrible.snagged my carpet an knocked over a vase that I made from sand an seashells some of which were collected from other places that i will never get back. The guy steaming my carpet said i have your address and i will mail you a new vase. The vase cost about $40.00. That was June 13, 2015, never received anything. I wrote a letter to corporate and still never heard anything. They do not care about their customers, and sinceI got no reply or satisfaction I will recomend to anyone not to use this company

the guys were clean, affable and on time -  they got right to work.  The
carpet and sofa now look very clean.  I would not hesitate to use this
company again.

The team was in my house roughly 25 minutes after I called. The technicians explained in detail our best course of action, then completed the work. A bit costly, however the service was excellent.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was competitive and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Our carpet had been beat up... construction, an elderly pet with bladder control problems and general heavy traffic. They treated the heavy stains until they were gone. They did explain ahead of time that it wouldn't look 100% because of age and wear on the carpet. However, when they were finished the carpet looks almost like new. As it dried and lightened, it continued to look better and better. I couldn't be happier with their work. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
The crew was punctual, friendly and neat. The cost was exactly as quoted over the phone.

They came on time. I am happy overall with Stanley Steemer.

They did a horrendous job. They were contracted through a house cleaning service I hired to clean up a boiler leak. They were only there for 20 minutes I'm told. They didn't clean under the registers nor did they get the stains off the floor. The ladies from the house cleaning service ended up cleaning the entire floor and got all the stains out. I would not recommend them nor use their services again.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY CAME TO MY HOME A FEW DAYS AFTER I FIRST CALLED THEM AND I THINK THAT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. I DO THINK THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY ARE NOT TOO BAD.
