Scheduling was easy, plumber arrived promptly at time of appointment. Was very professional in identifying the problem, had spare parts with him, gave an exact cost estimate and performed repairs in less than one hour.

after checking several possible problems, the cause was found.

They were responsive, came out and were great.

Good. They are the preferred contract for our complex. They had to turn off the gas outlets in everyones house and then turn them back on after the service. Two or 3 people came out. It took from 9am to 7pm since they had to take 6 diff things. They did well. One thing is that their HVAC guy had to come back the next day to fix our AC and they accidentally overloaded the mother board so we were without heat for the night. They were responsive, did well with the pipes and the gas. 

I didn’t like the work they did. They were very sloppy. They sat on my couch with dirty clothes on. I think the price was too much.

The work and the professionalism is excellent. Disclosure of costs was handled appropriately. No complaints on how they do business. My complaint is that there costs are way higher than reasonably priced competition and it was upsetting to find that others had similar work with other plumbers with comparable parts etc that paid 25-30% less.  A friend had a leaky faucet repair that he was charged over 250. for the work. He refused to pay for what was a 15 minute job without complaining and ended up getting $90. off.

 Work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Let's just say that I had 3 other guys come in before this guy, and that after the first guy tried to sell me a $2900 furnace I didn't need, and the 2nd and 3rd guys making similar diagnostics but failing to fix the problem, these guys found the problem and fixed it in 90 minutes.  Not only that, they talked me through their whole thinking process and you could tell that Anthoniel was on top of his game and enjoyed what he was doing.  Anthoniel is the real deal.  
I'm not sure about the price b/c I think there are cheaper out there, but these guys were the only ones that guaranteed to fix the problem before they came out.  I think that means a lot.

He was super punctual and polite and did the job quickly and efficiently for a fair price. I expected to have to have a new toilet installed. A lot of other plumbers would have made me do that. This is a good fair plumber.

My experience with PRUZANSKY PLUMBING was excellent. He was here awhile, working. He's provides very professional service. He comes out right away. He doesn't give you the run-around. You get what you pay for. He was very neat.

This is a very reliable and reputable company.  They are very pleasant to work with and very timely.  If they will be delayed with the service call, they will call and keep you informed.  Good quality work.  A gentleman named 'Rich" in the office is knowledge and will walk you things on the phone to try and save you money on a service call.  They are not cheap,

Work was performed swiftly and expertly.

The first visit , the plumber was on time, but was unable to fix the faucet.  We had to call Kohler to report problem, since the faucet was less than 3 years old.  They sent us a new one for free.   We then called the plumber to return.  The day of the appointment, we received a phone call telling us that they had an emergency and couldn't come until later in day.  Then later, we received a call saying that they were still tied up and couldn't come until the next day.  Annoying, but in the past , they usually came when they said they were coming, so we let it go.  He arrived at 8:00 the next morning and fixed the faucet.  They always do a good job, but are expensive.

Pruzansky Plumbing they are a service we have used for a long time, like twenty-five years.  We like their responsiveness, they do the job usually one time and then it's done.

Their price was good.

This company responded (on a Saturday morning) to a message I left for them very late (1:00 am) on a Friday evening about a leak that I had in my house that originated in a wall somewhere in my second floor bathroom. The leak had subsequently damaged the first floor bathroom before ending in the basement. The plumber that arrived Saturday morning was courteous and professional. He located the leak and fashioned a temporary fix so that we could restore the water service to our home for the weekend. The company returned Monday morning @ 9am, as scheduled. By 5pm that day the leak was fixed. The most unfortunate part of this experience was the destruction of some vintage wall tiles in our second floor bath. In retrospect, these tiles did not have to be removed to locate the leak which could have been immediately found by removing part of the already damaged ceiling of the bathroom on the first floor. The company representative called to review the invoice prior to sending it to us.

prompt, professional, but expensive. The AC guy and the Plumber are two different parts of the same company, so I got charged the minimum hourly fee (which is a little above average) twice.

They try to get their people here as soon as possible.

THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED. I CALLED THE GUY WHO DID THE JOB BEFORE AND HE SOLD THE COMPANY TO A NEW GUY WHO CHARGED ME MORE. THEY DID DO GOOD WORK THOUGH SO I AM SATISFIED.
