Had my Driveway completely redone by H Perez Paving !!! I m new to Home Advisor so I started answering all the questions Home advisor asked me to narrow down the search of contractors for my Home improvement project. As soon as I agreed to have local contractors contact me Hector the owner from H Perez Paving contacted within minutes!!!!! Couldn t believe how fast. So we set up an appointment for the same day. Hector was on time and his price was 100% better (I mean thousands of dollars cheaper) then the last 3 contractors I received estimates from. So as soon as he started the driveway Re-Do, Hector and his team was extremely fast and awesome customer service!!! The driveway came out so good my neighbors asked me for his business card!! Hector and his crew did very good work on repairing stoop to like new condition, adding pavers to sidewalk and constructing paver patio. Also did nice work on repaving asphalt driveway. Pricing was very reasonable.

The work was done in Summer of 2018. company initially was very responsive to my calls/texts. They came and paved my driveway as scheduled. All was good and I paid them on completion. I asked for a receipt multiple times and never received it. Not a huge deal, but they eventually started to ignore my texts and phone calls. I reached out again this year because I started to notice that the asphalt was already experiencing wear and tear. There were quite a few rocks and pieces moving and eroding. As you can imagine I wanted to know why given the asphalt was only installed less than a year ago and wanted to find out if maintenance was necessary or of there was something else they could do. I called and texted and have yet to get a response. In my opinion, the least a contractor/company can do is acknowledge and respond to customers.

Currently working with H.Perez Paving,LLC. The experience so far, Has been very comfortable. The workers are very polite and seem to know their work very well. Mr. Perez was very punctual for the free estimate appointment which always gives a great 1st impression. The excavation portion of the job was done today and I was quite impressed. I Will keep this review up to date and will also send feedback once the job is completely done.

I would not recommend this company because I am having issues with grass sprouting out of my walkway and driveway. I had my driveway done almost 2 years ago by Hector and his crew. I had called him, text him, and he is completely ignoring me. I am so disappointed. I never had this issue with my old driveway. If only I take pictures and post it so you everyone can see.

You have to be on top of the employees and be their most of the time because if not they will not adhere to the specific job your paying them to do. Also never, never pay them more than half for the job done at first and never give them final payment before the job is completely done because they will not bother to come back if anything is amiss. They are not honest and don't stick to their word about properly finishing a job.
