TV Repair
I called and left a message regarding coming to my home and checking out an aging set. My call was returned with in the hour and the tech talked to me regarding my set and gave me good advice based on my description of the problems and the age of the set. Ultimately, based on the conversation, I decided not to repair but replace the set. The tech was understanding and seemed to be trying to save me money. Both were appreciated. I will call them in the future.
