If I could give this company a ZERO rating I would. I met with Alberto several times to go over what we wanted done with our existing railings.Very simply put, we have metal railings for the front and rear steps and we wanted them removed and painted white since they were black and dont match the new siding. I was told the process would be to sandblast the black paint off, smooth them out and paint them white. Needless to say they had been returned to my house without my knowledge. They are damaged and chipped in several areas which happened while in transit on Alberto's pickup truck and he refuses to take my call to correct the problem. Clearly they were not sandblasted. It has been over a month and I am out $400 for a **** poor job. That is half the contracted price and he still has my base plates which I will now have to be purchase all over again. I could have bought 4 cans of spray paint and did the same job myself. Do not use this company for anything!! Completely unreliable and FOS on their promises.
