The person who helped me is Al Rahal. He is extremely patient. I am over 65 and though I used computers in my work, I am now retired, and I occasionally need help. I bought my present computer from Advantage a year ago, so Al is familiar with it.
When I call him, depending on what the problem is, he comes to my house or he handles it on the phone and sees my desktop remotely. He always takes care of my problems the same day I call or the next day. He is very friendly and he has never left without resolving my issue.
His charges are very reasonable.
