Phone Service - Cellular, Internet Service
I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for 15 years and I don't think they are as competitive as they should be. I replaced two phones with iPhones and the next day they went on sale at another place but when I called they said there was nothing they could do. They didn't even try to compensate with a free charger. I still get a lot of dropped calls and call failed when trying to use my phone service. I will definitely be looking around for another provider when my contract expires.

Of course, the cost is always a factor. The reason I went with them was it was offered through my employer, they had a discounted program. I think they have good service, I have not had a problem of calls been dropped in about 10 years. They seem very attentive online when you call or chat with them. For the next two years, I am obligated to use them.

I FELT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY LEFT NO MESS AND THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT. THE SERVICE COST ME VERY LITTLE BECAUSE I AM A CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
