Tiger moving was great. They were prompt professional and competitively priced. They were even able to get our passports out of the file cabinet while in storage, effectively saving our holiday vacation! Dina was great to work with and set up all the details seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Staff was cordial and responsive. They called a couple of times to ensure that time and plans were ok. Came to start the job on-time.....actually got there about 15 minutes early. The crew was friendly, careful with the furniture and worked quickly.

Don't do it. Stu and Dina are great, very professional and on top of things. Things went well when we moved out of our first house. They went above and beyond to get our stuff down a steep hill. That is where the good ended. Everything was broken: 2 glass lamps, a treadmill, a ripped couch, and a part from the back of the washing machine. They told us they couldn't get our couch into the basement because it wouldn't go around the corner. My husband and I carried it down there without any trouble. They did things like put the grill in the backyard against the house facing the wrong way. I saw them throwing boxes down the stairs, which was when they said I should have them pack for me next time. We had 2 step ladders that never made it into the house. I saw them on the front lawn at one point, but they completely disappeared. They are supposed to put everything they take apart back together. One guy did that (out of 6). One guy worked while the rest stood in the driveway. We fed them lunch both times, and they just took off.

As if moving is not a stressful experience by itself but the movers of this company multiplied by many folds. They mishandled my expensive furniture and when I intervened, the head of the moving team started creating a scene outside my house with neighbors stepping out and watching!! I was close to calling the cops. I was so fed up that I decided to call their office to cancel
the move. Their supervisor had to come and speak with the movers. After his assurance I let the move continue. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

First, Steve came to my apartment to assess the move and gave me a very reasonable quote.  He told me that the company has used boxes which I could have for free, I just had to come by and get them.  When I got to the office, Dina was there and she was very friendly and helpful.  I picked up 20 boxes and while she wasn't allowed to help me get the boxes to my car, she did hold the doors open for me.  Then I called to confirm my move a few days before and Dina and I discussed the weather conditions (it was supposed to drop 3-6 inches of snow on my moving day).  We decided to wait until 2 days before the move to make a decision.  It turned out that they didn't want to do the move because of the weather and instead offered me 1 day earlier.  I scrambled and got permission to take off work and we did the move on a clear sunny day.
On the day of the move the 3 man team showed up at my old place right on time and started right away.  They put protective blankets around all the furniture and packed everything carefully in the truck.  This team was fantastic.  Once we left the old place and got to the new place it was the same professionalism and quality I had expected.  Once the guys were finished, they cleaned up and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. 
This company was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.
