Shred-it Parsippany

This is the second time I've used Shred-it. The first time they came to my parents house. It was quick, easy and priced reasonably. This time I visited the facility in Parsippany. I arrived only minutes before closing which usually means dealing with grumpy people who just want to go home. No so at all with them. I dealt with 4 people total and each one was pleasant and inviting. The work was done in no time and the price was so much lower than I expected. I had 4 large garbage bags of paper and it cost $32.00. I was able to watch the entire process. I highly recommend them.

They were phenomenal. They had the facility opened for me because I went right when they were closing and they did not charge me extra for going when they were closing. They had a scale; they charged me by the pound and they were very reasonable and wonderful. They put it through a shredder and I watched it go. They actually brought it straight up to my car and we dumped it in together. They were a local company and I could go to them as opposed to they come to me. When they come to me, they charge an additional fee. I have nothing negative to say.
