Owning investment properties requires alot of maintenance. On several occasions the tenant will call with a problem of sorts and for which require an immediate fix. I call KRM and they are always very responsive. The work is top notch, the area is completely cleaned afterwards and they are very professional.

I'm a General Contractor, and I've used Rob for every one of the services listed above. His work is excellent, timely, priced right, he shows up when he says, and he stands behind it. And after dealing with over 100 subcontractors, he is one of the few that I can say ALWAYS calls me back, so I always know where I stand. I don't know what else you can possibly ask for in a contractor. If this was a 5 Star system, I'd give him a 6.
