+ -1 moreOwning investment properties requires alot of maintenance. On several occasions the tenant will call with a problem of sorts and for which require an immediate fix. I call KRM and they are always very responsive. The work is top notch, the area is completely cleaned afterwards and they are very professional.
Description of Work: I have used KRM construction numerous times in the past for services relating to my investment properties as well as my primary residence. This includes: 1. Most recent was replacement windows However has also done: 2. Finishing basement 3. Garage doors and openers 4. Powerwashing 5. Sump pump replacement 6. Appliance / mechanical work 7. Spackle, sand and paint

+ -1 moreI'm a General Contractor, and I've used Rob for every one of the services listed above. His work is excellent, timely, priced right, he shows up when he says, and he stands behind it. And after dealing with over 100 subcontractors, he is one of the few that I can say ALWAYS calls me back, so I always know where I stand. I don't know what else you can possibly ask for in a contractor. If this was a 5 Star system, I'd give him a 6.
Description of Work: Complete Bathroom & Kitchen demolition and renovations, electric, plumbing, concrete, framing, ductwork, landscaping, fencing, Interior & exterior door replacement, replacement windows, vinyl siding, rubbish removal, insulation, retention walls, and everything else you can think of.
