Basically this guy didn't want to do any actual "work", gave my wife and me attitude, and only wanted to sell us a new system.
He was only willing to evaluate half of our cooling system (wouldn't evaluate the handler in the attic) for leaks. He complained about being busy, so he basically didn't have time to deal with our issue. Would not use again and would not recommend.
