"I enjoyed working working at the [member name removed]' house. I was instructed to stretch two rooms. Upon arrival, Mrs. [member name removed] informed us that there were more rooms to stretch than Mr. [member name removed] initially told me about. I agreed to stretch all 5 rooms on that day. Because Mr. [member name removed] was a retired Army veteran, I waived the fee of moving the heavy furniture and put it back in place after the room was stretched. The furniture was extremely heavy; none-the-less, the $350.00 fee was silently dismissed. I feel compelled to be generous to those who serve. Because we were not expecting to stretch 5 rooms in one day, and we were already late for the next job, time did not allow for vacuuming, even though all the cutting scrapes were disposed of. As far as leaving the pizza behind, I offered the leftover slices to him and his wife, thinking this was a kind gesture on my part, not at all meant to be insulting!. If I did not throw it away, it was an oversight and misunderstanding, my apologies! Lastly, I said to Mr. [member name removed] that "I would appreciate a good review on Angie's List". I did not use the word "excellent" Being a businessman, it not uncommon to ask customers for their positive comments, which is always appreciated. Clearly from most reviews on this website, my customers continue to remain satisfied with the excellent and unique services that I provide."
