Had Jim come and look at my home as I needed an engineer to draft up a structural improvement. He wasted months of my time, dodged my phone calls (I had to call him with different numbers to get through), and he ultimately did not deliver what we agreed upon and no contractor said the designs he did deliver were feasible or even made sense for my needs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
