Oscar was very courteous and helpful in guiding what should be done to fix it right. He also made sure he put the tarp around it to prevent the water, while we were waiting for the velux skylight to be delivered. Overall I find him genuine and concern for the customer and doing it right by them. Will use them for future work and recommend.
