+ -1 moreAfter ripping up the carpet and finding some surprises under it, we had to work on a new strategy and replace the floor rather than refinish the floor. We made decisions on the fly from his recommendations and he kept to the original schedule and the budget for his time.
Description of Work: Flemming removed our living rom carpet and replaced it with flooring in the estimated time and within the estimated budget. In the past, he had also refinished the wood floors in our bedrooms.
