Ehrlich Pest Control

It didn't! Waited 2 hours to schedule an appointment as a new customer. Called 3 times for an update. Was promised a return phone call TWICE that never came. I called and said delete me out of the system and do not contact me in the future. 20 minutes later I got a return call from some manager that could not be reached for TWO HOURS. Apology not accepted. Will never use this lousy company that can't even schedule an appointment properly. Do yourself a favor and move on. I am sure their business model is just as bad.

Ehrlich came and assessed the situation, looking for entry places, etc. The rep explained options and gave us tips for resolving the problem.

My pest control expert, Carlos Pizarro, explains what he's doing at my house and my neighbor's house (my dad's) as well.  He is always on-time and professional.  Since I started using Ehrlich, I have had no problems.  Whenever modifications may be needed or if Carlos notices anything slightly different, he lets me know and we discuss what's next.  Thank you Carlos Pizarro and thank you Ehrlich.

They were very professional. I think that they do a good job.

I felt like they tried to over sell us for things we need.

They were absolutely on the ball, and came when they were scheduled. They also came if you ever needed them. Their staff was always pleasant, and sometimes willing to go that extra mile which is nice. They weren't cheap, but their service was impeccable.

They are a very reliable service. They show up when they say they will. They are also good at following up to make sure everything is taken care of. I will use them again in the future.

They were prompt with their response to my call for an estimate and also the followup for service. However, I had to call them back for the 7-10 day re-evaluation (they said I was on the schedule for a return call). Unfortunately, my pest problems were persistent and they came promptly for re-treatment of the yellow jackets and ants in the kitchen. The followup did the trick! We discovered a second yellow jacket nest on the followup and once treated the problems were resolved. The office staff and service personnel were both prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I like the fact that they use green products.

The following week a gentleman whose name I forgot (sorry) was also very nice and punctual explained the procedure and the time it will take. He put a powder dust on each every window total of 28 and he was very neat and careful. He also, power washed the outside of the windows with a clear spray which was not sticky and was odor less. They did a great job! He was very neat and careful and it took only one hour.

With the warmer weather and rainy season, we started seeing ants in our bathroom. After searching through recommendations, and other failed companies who couldn't even keep appointments, I called EHRLICH. Was also concerned about the possibility of termites. The very next day I received a call back for an appointment and the sales person showed up gave us his honest opinion of what needed to be done, and sold me on a corrective service (to rid the ants) and a yearly contract for preventative maintenance -- no termites thank goodness! The corrective service appointment was Saturday morning at 10, and the worker showed up promptly at 10 and explained what he was going to do, and did his work. He was pleasant, and was done in about 45 minutes of treatment. I was very pleased with the work and will rate our first preventative maintenance appointment, but I feel that I will be equally satisfied.

FOR A PEST CONTROL COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND HONEST TOO. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING TO GET IN TERMS LIKE THAT. THEY ALWAYS CALL WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND WILL RESCHEDULE IF WE AREN'T GOING TO BE HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I PAY $325 FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE YOU CAN CALL AND THEY ACTUALLY COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I AM PAYING FOR WHAT I AM GETTING.
