I called them up and they were willing to work with the warranty, which most places aren't. They got the pricing from the manufacturer. They came and installed the hot water heater. They did the job and cleaned up their mess! I asked them about a 23 year old boiler heater to see if needs to be replaced and they said is there something wrong with it and I said no and then they told me that if there is nothing wrong with it then just leave it, you could get 30 years out of a boiler. So that seems to me that they are honest. I also had a leaking ball valve, that they fixed for me as well.
