We have been using the Bedding Shoppe since the early 90's. From a futons to a captains bed & everything in between! We've even taken extended family members there for their beds. We know we're going to get the best for our $$ while supporting a family owned business. Highly recommend!

I met Eric in the store. He was patient, considerate, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I met owner Mike during the delivery process He followed through with generosity and professionalism. Even the delivery guys were a delight.. My budget wasn't very big, but the Bedding Shoppe made sure that I got satisfaction for my money and was well-serviced. Highly recommended.

I brought a luxury firm mattress and it was delivered by two young man. They helped me to set up the frame and put everything in position, it was an excellent service. A couple weeks later, I felt the mattress was kind of not firm enough so I dropped by the store and was greeted by Eric. He told me not worry about it, he will take care it. Couple weeks later, a new extra firm mattress was delivered to replace the first one. Everything was just so smooth and I was more than beyond the satisfaction.

I have used this company four times in the past 10 years. I found them in the phone book the first time. Now I would only shop there for mattresses and I tell everyone who will listen what a great company they are. It's small - maybe 6 employees. They're great at remembering their customers. Customer service is exceptional. My first experience was ordering a mattress and platform bed. There was a problem with a missing part of the bed frame but the delivery men figured out a way to make it work temporarily and then came back again within 3 days with the correct part. Since then, I've also bought two futon sofas from them for my basement and then two beds and mattresses for a vacation house. When they delivered those beds, the staircase was extremely narrow and they ended up lifting the headboards up over the second story porch railings to get the beds into the upstairs of a 100 year old house.
