Tim was great to work with. We had been pre-approved by a NY credit union but they could not work quickly with the NJ home we found. From the time we called Tim, he was able to turn everything around quickly. We had to work with sellers were novices, representing themselves, while trying to flip their first house but he did so with ease and was able to keep everything on track. We only had one month and four days from the time we saw the house to the closing and everything worked smoothly. He was professional, friendly, responsive, on top of everything, and working with him was a wonderful experience.
