extremely professional, gave me a quote and came to fix it on time.

After many heavy and windy rain storms, i noticed a leak around my chimney in the attic. Wasn't sure where it was coming from. Called out to a few places (using Angies and also other local referrals) and got some estimates. All agree how to solve it, but Kojak was the only one that didn't try to upsell me on a whole host of other chimney repair options (as they could wait). They checked the inside first, then went up on the roof and found the flashing had separated from the brick. They advised to patch it and eventually have a mason come out and check the rest of the chimney for structural assessment. They did not claim they could do it all, which i appreciated. Work was done in about 2 hours and i've had no leaks since. Great work and great price. I saw them on my street a month or two later, so seems like they have become a local choice around my town...good to know and will use them for my next general maintenance needs.

Had an interior wall showing signs of water , also there was a leak along the siding into our patio.

They were phenomenal. We were flying out the nest day and went up to our attic to get our luggage. We discovered that the fan in our attic was not working and some of the plastic bins were melting. They were very prompt to come out to our property and did exactly what they said. The price was reasonable, and this experience.

Reached out to Konrad to assess leaks coming from our roof, creating water spots in our 2nd floor bedrooms.  My original "request for an appointment" was sent via email on a Sunday afternoon - and I received a follow-up call from Konrad within the hour!  Talk about a commitment to customer service!  His initial inspection of the roof was incredibly thorough (yes, he actually went up on the roof and into the attic) and he took the time to explain what he had uncovered and proposed course of action.  His quote was reasonable and detailed.  We had a second competitive quote - from a company that is highly rated on Angie's List - and found they included unnecessary services and repair items, basically DOUBLING the total cost of the job - and oddly enough, they never inspected the roof from the outside, never got up on a ladder.  How in the world do you produce a quote for services without inspecting the area?  Guess they took a look at our new home and nice neighborhood and felt we could afford it.  Not true.  Needless to say, we dismissed the second quote and hired Konrad for the job.  He arrived as scheduled and completed the work on time and with incredible care and attention to detail.  He left no refuse or material scraps anywhere on my property and even swept my attic before leaving!  On a personal note, I found him to be highly ethical, articulate and hard working and would highly recommend Kojack Renovations for any roof repair or replacement jobs.  Am extremely satisfied with this transaction and delighted to have found an ethical roofer I can rely on for future jobs!
