GRECO'S CARPET CARE & CLEANING

We scheduled this service in conjunction other contractors that needed to perform cleaning duties and closed the restaurant to do this. We confirmed the appointment with Greco. One the evening of March 9th Greco did not show or call. I called Greco the following day to find out what happened and left a couple of messages. He called me back early evening and apologized as "He forgot", but he made no concession to make up for the loss we incurred as a result of his forgetfulness. Greco cleaned the carpet for 3 of our restaurants, but as of today he will not performance any further carpet cleaning.

I was satisfied with his service and he did a good job. I had no problems and his prices were reasonable. He gave a price quote based on the number of rooms and he did it area wise, and I didn't have to measure anything. He calculated over the phone for the number of hallways, the number of stairs and bedrooms, and the number of individual rugs. He just gave me the quote and adhered to that quote over the phone when he came in. His price was very good and he responded in a timely manner. He came at the appropriate time. He said it would be about an hour and a half and it was exactly an hour and a half. I have no complaints.

They seemed to have done a fine job. They came when they said they would and didn't take too long. They were very nice. We are pleased with their services.

I probably chose them because of their advertising. I've been using them for quite a long time and I can't remember whether somebody recommended them but I know advertising was part of it. Their price was fair but I don't exactly remember what I paid.
