Description of Work: Enclosed a screened porch and made it into a three season sunroom. Gutted and completely renovated the main bathroom. Installed three storm doors. Tom Villano is a first-rate contractor whose work is outstanding. He arrived on time every day and always left the work area clean and orderly at the end of the day. He completed the job in the time estimated and stayed with us until the work was complete. We would not hesitate to have Tom do work for us in the future and we have enthusiastically recommended him to friends and relatives, who report the same satisfaction with Tom's work.

Description of Work: I have had Tom, the owner, do three small jobs for me after he was came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. One was some finishing work in the basement, another an attic stairway and the third was an outside repair job after a storm.

Description of Work: I had exterior damage to my home after a storm. A local hardware/building supply store recommended Tom. I found a friend who had used him and also highly recommended him. Tom offered two possible solutions and prices to the problem of an overhang above the garage that was pulling away from the house. I choose one and he performed the job very satisfactorly. Next I needed an attic pull down stairs replaced. Tom was meticulous in his fitting of the stairs to the opening, covering the carpeting underneath, and cleaning up without a trace of any sawdust etc. Just last week I had new carpeting installed and found that a door that we most often use to enter and exit the house would no longer open. I called Tom on a Saturday and he came over just a couple of hours later, trimmed the door and installed a new raised door saddle.
