Super speedy & efficient!!!

I was very impressed with the owner Alex Kaplan. Very professional and put me at ease while we discuss the work I needed done at my home. I was happy with the quote I received for weeding and mulching. And extremely happy that the work was done the next day. The work was amazing, clean and my yard looks great thanks to Alex and his crew.

Very responsive and professional. His quote was very competitive and they came the next day to install the mulch. Would recommend them to anyone else looking for mulch work.

VOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Spoke to Alex multiple times to ask about his snow removal services and he sent me details on what it would cost. I agreed to move forward and thought I had found someone I could trust to plow my driveway when snow hit - or so I though. My driveway is not easy due to a slope so 100% needed help. The snow storm came and it dropped almost 2ft snow - prior to it snowing I had sent Alex texts confirming we were locked in and he confirmed. I had then hit him up while it was snowing as it was getting pretty high and due to our sloped driveway I thought he might have to come multiple times. He text back and said it would not be an issue. After the snow had stopped I reached out to confirm he was coming - NO ANSWER. I then reached out again - NO ANSWER. The snow had started to become heavier and was almost at the point of turning to ice. After numerous calls / VMs and texts I still had not heard from him and had to call someone else to help before it was too late. Due to it being so last minute and the driveway being sloped I had to take the whole day off work to dig it out myself - not only did it cost me a lot of money by missing work but it also caused me a lot of back pain. I still have not heard from Alex to even apologize or explain himself. All I wanted was a call to say *Sorry I can not do it is* and I could have found someone else in time. FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Little tip - treat people with respect and common courtesy
