The owner is very patient in helping one select a frame. She spends considerable time with each customer. However, I was disappointed that the paintings I brought in warped (I was hoping they would be flattened during the framing) were still warped after framing. I didn't notice it until I brought them home. Perhaps, I didn't make it clear that I wanted the pictures to hang flat against the wall, but I thought that was understood.
