Ceramic Tile Service
We were recommended to this shop by our kitchen contractor. For that reason, we decided to shop there -- as well as the convenient location. Our salesperson (Chris) was reserved, borderline unfriendly. He showed us around the shop and provided some minimal assistance, The worst part of this experience is that he raved about an installer who turned out to be completely arrogant, rude, and unresponsive. Plus, upon arrival, the installer informed us that we purchased tile that should not be used for backsplash due to what it was made of and its shape. The installer also stated that he had told Creative Stone Works, more than once, that they should not sell the tile I purchased for use as backsplash tile. Although I loved the pattern and design of the tile, due to the very squared edges, it does not look the way I had envisioned the backsplash should/would look. So the entire experience(purchase and install) was an expensive nightmare!

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND QUICK. THEY DID THE ENTIRE JOB IN ONLY TWO DAYS TIME. WE'VE HAD THEM DO WORK FOR US BEFORE AND THEY DID JUST AS GOOD THIS TIME AS THEY DID THE LAST TIME. I DO THINK THAT THEIR PRICE COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER, BUT THEY ARE WORTH THE COST.
