Had a big c bee issue. It went well the bees are gone. I have ac yearly plan so they cover other pet issues too

I have a contract with them and they come every 3 month. They do a good job and are always on time.

Mike kindly called to let me know when he'd be arriving.  He immediately assured me that the problem was not termites.  He discussed preventative measures and costs.  Then gave me his honest opinion about whether or not these measures were warranted for my home.  He was honest, took his time and knew his stuff.

Both the sales rep and the appointment with the applicator were punctual.  There was no pressure by the sales rep to sign up for service.  He was informative and gave several options.  I decided that a service contract was the best alternative since it covered all my concerns.  The applicator was professional and prior to making any treatment discussed the treatment he intented to apply.  A first treatment for carpenter bees was completed.  Damage to my deck made by bees and woodpeckers going after the bees was pointed out and it was suggested that I use a wood filler to repair the holes.
Inspections for carpenter ants was made in a crawl space where previous damage had been found.  Although there was no signs of new damage, the area was treated.

The guy saved me a great deal of money.  He was very good.  I would recommend his service.  I called him and explained to him what the problem was, and he said that he could spray to make me feel better but it would be a waste of money.  He explained to me that his services are really not recommended this time, and I could save money if I just wait until spring time.

They did a good job.

They were on time, very nice and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I ended up having to call them back because the Bees had come back, but they took care of it at no charge.

They have fine and professional...One visit with each particular problem this year took care of the problem.
