Both the sales rep and the appointment with the applicator were punctual. There was no pressure by the sales rep to sign up for service. He was informative and gave several options. I decided that a service contract was the best alternative since it covered all my concerns. The applicator was professional and prior to making any treatment discussed the treatment he intented to apply. A first treatment for carpenter bees was completed. Damage to my deck made by bees and woodpeckers going after the bees was pointed out and it was suggested that I use a wood filler to repair the holes.
Inspections for carpenter ants was made in a crawl space where previous damage had been found. Although there was no signs of new damage, the area was treated.

They were on time, very nice and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I ended up having to call them back because the Bees had come back, but they took care of it at no charge.
