Our television, phone and internet went out on a Wednesday afternoon. They only problem we had is it took an hour and five minutes to get a live person on the phone. She took us through some troubleshooting steps which nothing worked. They sent a worker out the next day and did an excellent job changing the junction box in our garage. Everything works beautifully now, I will recommend them and continue to use them.

They provide good services. The only reason I give them a "B" is because with your first bill is very confusing. They bill you a month in advance and bill you a pro rated amount all in one bill. I personally think they should bill each service individually to help people understand that first bill. Their price is compatible with other companies in the area.

I have had Verizon for about eight years. They were okay to work with. The sales person was fine. I don't like that the promotions are only for new activation. They need to run some promotions for existing customers. The prices are ridiculous as well.

I THINK THAT THEY HAD GREAT SERVICES. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
