Vaccarella Electrical Services LLC

We used Vaccarella Electrical Services for a major electrical project in our home and I can't recommend them highly enough! We needed to get rid of the old knob & tube wiring in our home and have the whole electrical system brought up to code. I posted the project on Angi and, luckily for us, Vaccarella was one of the electrical companies that responded to and quoted the job. The work was exceptional and the price was very fair. Vaccarella Electrical obviously takes great pride in their work and it shows! The project took about a week and that whole time Roberto (owner) kept us apprised of what was being done and what was left to do. They left my home immaculate each day and were so nice and respectful. Great company with great people. I would most definitely recommend them!

An Amazon truck knocked down the electric pole in front of our home. It yanked all the connecting wires to our home and we lost power for 24 hours. I am very glad I contacted Robert from Vaccarella Electric. We were having difficulty getting through to our energy provider on the phone to unlock an electric meter box (antiquated system). As a courtesy, Robert was able to expedite this service for us with the electric company. We hadn't even hired Robert for the job, but he knew that the box needed to be opened for whoever was going to do the job and made the necessary phone calls. That impressed me. It saved us a lot of time and trouble from wondering if the electric company would ever get back to us. We are glad we hired Vaccarrella Electrical! They were prompt and did a thorough, professional job. We highly recommend them.

I contacted Vaccarella Electrical Service about a recessed light in my house that was not working. Robert and Paul arrived at the scheduled time and were very pleasant. In moments they had ascertained that the problem was the socket. He asked if I wanted it replaced or repaired and left it to his discretion. Since it was simply a misaligned contact he adjusted it and it worked just fine. I then asked them to look at a steam generator for my shower that was not working. They determined that the contactor was not working and, even though the manufacturer of the unit is no longer in business, said such parts are generic and he would be able to source one and get back to me. They didn’t even charge for repairing the light.

I contacted Roberto Vaccarella for a kitchen electrical project. He asked for a few pictures of the work I was looking for... He was able to provide me an estimates. Two days later Vaccarella crews showed up and did an amazing job in the timeline requested. Polite, clean and skilled. They did more than we ask Vaccarella to do, with no extra of charge. They were very quick and easy to deal with. Responded immediately to request for quote, was flexible in coming out for an estimate, and the team that performed the work did a quality job. Afterwards they walked me through all of the work that was done and were completed on schedule. Would hire again!

Went perfectly! Mr Vaccarella took the time to remove the frozen metal parts of the bulb from the socket. He was very patient and thorough. He gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. A pleasure to deal with. So very helpful!. He arrived promptly, called first to tell me he was on his way, which I so appreciated. I highly recommend him!!

Excellent service! Our lights were dimming all over the house. They showed up the next morning after I called, on time, very neat and clean while working, courteous and professional, checked the wiring leading into the house, checked the electrical panel and tightened up many loose connections - I would recommend this company to my friends.

When the same high hat bulb did not light for the 4th time within 2 days, my husband and I became concerned because our house is old, built in 1952. We thought we had a serious electrical problem. We called Vaccarella Electrical Services and spoke to Roberto. He listened patiently while I explained our problem and concerns. He offered to come to my house the next morning at 8:30am. The next morning at exactly 8:30am, Roberto and his assistant arrived. He put in a new bulb and went in the basement to check out our electrical system. Roberto advised us that our system is OK. It does need a cleaning and some updating. At this time, I don't have to do anything. We were relieved, he gave us peace-of-mind. He was very helpful by advising us of a much better choice of the type of bulbs to buy in the future. He answered my questions regarding a new electrical tabletop fountain which I purchased recently. All-in-all, Roberto was very courteous, professional, and took the time to listen to my problem and concerns. He diagnosed my problem and offered excellent solutions while keeping my budget in mind. We will use Vaccarella Electrical Services for all our future electrical needs.

It was an unfortunate experience -- turned out the cables were incorrectly set up (they were connected to a switch with wrong amperage + neutral wires were not correctly connected).

This may have been the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Rob from Vaccarella responded to my inquiry quickly and courteously. He told me that two electricians would be at my house the next morning, at 8:30 am. Richie and John arrived just as promised. They went right to work, determined what needed to be done, and did it. Most importantly, they did it right and at a very fair price. They were polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. That's exactly what I wanted, and that's exactly what I got. I would rate Vaccarella an A++ if Angie had such a category. My advice: use Vaccarella. I will definitely use them again.

Awoke to a blow circuit in our basement (where guests were staying) and was unable to correct problem. Contacted Vaccarella Electrical around 9:30 in the morning. Understanding the urgency and potential fire hazard of this problem, they had arrived by noon. The team took the time to listen, inspect, and diagnose the problem. They suggested potential resolutions and then performed the necessary maintenance. I also asked them to install seven room dimmers and they obliged this request. Overall, they were quick to respond, courteous while in our home, and professional with their services. Price was also great!

My husband and I just bought our first home and its an older home so we wanted to update it a bit so we decided to add recessed lighting through out our home.  We met with many electricians and received several quotes but we chose Vaccarella Electrical Services because during the intial review of our home they were completely professional, they took the time to go through every room with us and came up with some great ideas on how to update the lighting in each room while keeping our budget in mind. They were helpful without being pushy which we appreciated since we were first time homeowners on a budget.  After our intial meeting,  Roberto Vaccarella sent us the quote  within hours which was astounding to me since we just met with him a couple hours before.  Out of all the electricians we met with,  Roberto and his team provided the most comprehensive quote which took into account all the things we wanted  at a very reasonable price.  We had a good feeling about them so we went with it. 
The day of the actual work, Roberto Vaccarella and his team showed up and immediately went to work.  They did the entire house in one day and put back all the furniture they moved and cleaned up after themselves.  I was so happy to see that kind of professionalism.  
Once all the work was done, Roberto explained that  a couple of the LED lights were faulty and he would contact the manufacture to figure out the problem.  He also explained that he will return to replace the faulty LED lights and will not accept payment until everything worked and met our expectations. Needless to say Roberto and team were back a couple days later to replace the faulty LED lights.  At the end of the day our "old" home look completely different and we were so pleased with the results.  We love our new LED lights and ceiling fans.  They also replaced all our outlets with child proof oulets since we have 2 little ones.  We were very pleased with that.
All in all, I would definitely use  Vaccarella Electrical Services again and have already recommded them to some of my family members.  

He made the recommendation on the manufacturer and took care of all the necessary preparation.  He completed the installation and when there was one small issue, he was extremely responsive and fixed the problem immediately to my satisfaction.   He was also very professional and courteous at all times.  He made this a very pleasant experience.
