Jim who I spoke with at the company did everything he could so that the price would stay down. He found a good mat and frame that would perfectly for the drawing. He got everything done for me so all  I had to do was hang the picture. I was very happy with the service and the time he spent with me.

The photo part, they have all these computers set up for people who don't know how to download pictures and don't have the equipment at home. They will work with me. They took my phone and pulled up the pictures for me and helped me make them look prettier and print them out for me. They are a really good resource for someone like me who doesn't know what I'm doing. They will arrange the photo's for me and do a book for me. The owner is the one who came up with the idea. They have love seats, couches, and I can spend hours in there playing with my photo's and moving them around and they will help me. I can put them on mugs if I want to. It's clean and it's like a spa.

I've used them a number of times. I've been using their services on and off for probably 7 or 8 years. Mostly we've been using them to re-frame photo's that we've taken and we've never had any problems.

It was perfect.  We have been using them for a couple years. They are local. The professionalism is excellent. They were very helpful in trying to get a photo off my phone and they were able to.
