Description of Work: They provided annual maintenance on my boiler. They gave me some great advice for keeping it running well. They were also able to unclog the drainage valve without any problems because they had enough experience to do that simply. I've used them several times, now!

 + -1 moreI've always had very good service from them. If you go early in the morning, when you get there they do it and you're out within an hour which is remarkable. When I buy the tires they install everything but after that I rotate the tires myself, so I don't go to them to get that service. I only go back if a tire failed or to get brand new tires. They were pretty expensive. If you want your car fixed or the tires fixed you have to go in early. If you don't go in early, you'll wait and you might wait two or three hours which will put you in a bad mood. But if you go early it's done early and you come out smiling. I'm usually there early and I get good service. They're quite professional.
Description of Work: I go to Sears for tire services, for putting new tires on and realignment. I bought all four tires.

 + -1 moreNEVER USE SEARS! We needed to install a new hot water heater because the orginal plumber never pulled a permit and we needed it to close on the sale of our condo. Sears assured us their plumber would take care of the permit with the town, no problem. They took our money, did not show up on delivery day. We called, they showed up the next day. Installed the unit, then we didn't have hot water. I called the plumber directly who had forgotten to switch back the circuit breaker and let the water flow into the unit. No big deal. Flash foward almost two months later and they never did the permit. They filed one with the Town, but the plumber Sears sent has an expired license number on the town's system. Town called to get the updated license number but the plumber never called back and never paid the permit fee of $66. We've called Sears countless times, the town, everybody and no one will help! Now we can't close the sale of our condo until we have the permit and Sears is not doing a thing to resolve it in time. This is costing us thousands of dollars!!! NEVER USE SEARS!!!! They sent a plumber with an expired license who was unable to pull a permit and now we have to pay mortgage on both properties because we can't close on the sale!!!
