 + -1 morePoorly. Raymour and Flanagan were supposed to remove old mattress and box spring. At their descretion they deemed old mattress and box spring unacceptable for disposal and refused it leaving me with burden and expense of disposal. This is unacceptable business practice.
Description of Work: Ordered new mattress and box spring for delivery. They offer free disposal of old mattress and box spring which I asked for.

Description of Work: After a house fire in which all our belongings were destroyed, we decided to buy all our furniture at Raymour & Flanigan. It was a great decision. The salesman was very professional. He helped with our selections by making diagrams of the rooms in the house and then fitting our selections in a floor plan so that we could see what everything would look like. |He did not pressure us to make decisions. He left us on our own to decide what we wanted to purchase and when. |The delivery men were excellent. They were very professional also and were careful not to damage any walls, etc. when they delivered. They placed all the pieces exactly where we wanted them without any problem. The quality of the furniture and lamps and art work, etc. were perfect for our needs and of a high quality. After the delivery, a technician came very quickly to touch up a few places that needed to be repaired. However, on the whole, everything came in without any problems. | | |

 + -1 moreThey gave us a date and told us that we would be called in advance. A few minutes before the delivery men were supposed to be here they called on their cell phone and said they would be here in 10 minutes. That was good. They were very friendly. The delivery people came yesterday. They brought in the TV stand, set it up and cleaned it. They were very professional and very neat about things. They were also very careful about other furniture or carpeting that was in the room. I have to commend them for that. They put everything in place and everything was done well. They did things the way we expected it to be done.
Description of Work: We bought a TV stand from Raymour & Flanigan Furniture.
