Poorly. Raymour and Flanagan were supposed to remove old mattress and box spring. At their descretion they deemed old mattress and box spring unacceptable for disposal and refused it leaving me with burden and expense of disposal. This is unacceptable business practice.

They gave us a date and told us that we would be called in advance.  A few minutes before the delivery men were supposed to be here they called on their cell phone and said they would be here in 10 minutes.  That was good.  They were very friendly.  The delivery people came yesterday.  They brought in the TV stand, set it up and cleaned it.  They were very professional and very neat about things.  They were also very careful about other furniture or carpeting that was in the room.  I have to commend them for that.  They put everything in place and everything was done well.  They did things the way we expected it to be done.
