Jack and his boys are the most incompetent bunch I've ever had the displeasure of hiring.
Jack, the owner, was referred to me. I hired him to do masonry work, install siding,  fix our roof, address leaks in our windows, and install insulation.
What a waste of money. And if I could build a time machine, I would, and stop myself from ever giving him the job.
 The masons didn't mix the mortar properly, and left gaps in the concrete, which is now flaking and chipping. One of them, took a huge, messy, bloody bowel movment in our bathroom, leaving a horrendous mess. Yes, I did say bloody. He even put the used toilet paper in our TRASHCAN.
The windows continued to leak a few months after they fixed it, resulting in me having to replace the windows all together, thankfully Home Depot did it, and did it right.
The siding looks nice, but I found out almost a year later they never put any insulation under it. Found that out about 6 months after the job was done.
The insulation they installed was the wrong grade, they put R30 instead of R19. And they put the insulation touching the house on BACKWARDS. The paper should be touching the house wall. I found this out a year later..as other contractors are now working on other parts of the house, and pointing out all the issues Pyramid Group left.
The roof continued to leak, I called him repeatedly and I think he had to come back about three or four times to refix was was supposedly "fixed" the first time. I wound up having to pay another roofer to undo all the repairs his guys originally made to my roof.
