ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! The customer service and support I received from Mercedes-Benz of Paramus was Absolutely Superb! The salesman, Taddeo Giordano, is a top-notch professional and gentleman. From the moment I met him at the dealership he treated me with the utmost respect. He knows a lot about cars, and the Mercedes vehicles. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was courteous and professional. This was my very first MB vehicle and my next one could very well be an MB as well. I could speak at great length about how wonderful my buying experience was at MB of Paramus, but instead I shall sum it up with a single sentence. I purchased one of the LEAST expensive cars at the dealership, but everyone treated me as though I was buying one of the MOST expensive! Dan Raspanti and Dennis Adams were very helpful, professional, and pleasant to interact with in helping us come to an agreement. David Delmonico and Dan Murphy helped make my first experience at the service department painless and stress-free. I sincerely apologize to the lovely lady who greeted me when I entered and exited the premises as I do not remember her name. She was dressed to the nines, warm and genuine - all of which made me feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership. I chatted with her a few times while she processed my payment or while waiting for paperwork. She said she has worked there for about 18 years, if my memory serves me. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, new or used, I will return to this dealership first, and of course I'll look for paisan Taddeo Giordano.

After an hour, the service attendant came back with a laundry list of problems with the car totaling more than $2,300. After being questioned, he admitted that only one item impacted the operation of the vehicle. The others were fixes to malfunctioning service indicator lights that were providing and quot;erroneous information.and quot; I asked that the crankshaft sensor be replaced so that the car would start without problems. When he returned an hour and half later, I was presented with a bill for $905, of which only $395 was for the repair of the starting problem ($172 for the crankshaft sensor, $223 for labor). The remaining amount, more than $420 without tax, was for diagnosing the service indicator light problems. So, in effect, I paid more than $400 just for them to tell me the service light indicators were not functioning properly and there were no problems with what they were indicating.
I found this and quot;diagnosticand quot; charge not only shameless, but unconscionable and unwarranted. The degree of avarice in charging for not fixing a problem is beyond measure, and truly astounding. Though the entire operation operates under the veneer of politesse and deference, it simply masks a dark soul of unbridled greed. There are far more reasonably priced repair shops that do not charge you for repairing nothing. I will patronize them in the future, and not return to this bastion of pretense, whose clientele willingly pay inflated charges or top dollar, only so they can boast they have done so to others.

Service experience is excellent - ease of making appointments, no hassle loaner cars and most importantly service hours until 11:00 PM to facilitate easy drop-off and pick up without having to take time off from work. I have also used them for service on my prior C300 sedan. Service advisors are courteous and professional and do not try and add unnecessary work. The entire process is quick and easy and costs are what you would expect for a premium car.

We took our GL450 to Prestige (our leasing/selling dealer) for an insurance repair for collision damage (100% reimbursed by the other party's insurance carrier, including our deductible). Prestige subcontracted out the bodywork and paintwork to what turned out to be an excellent body shop in Garfield NJ. We would, in the future, go directly to that body shop if the need arose. The repairs took longer than we might have otherwise expected, and when we went to pick up the car, a separate warranty issue had not been fixed (to our great surprise), so they had to hang onto the GL for another 4 days, during which they provided us with a service loaner of their own (as opposed to insurance replacement via Enterprise).
Overall the quality of the work was excellent, although the cost (which we didn't incur ourselves) seemed to be quite high. I suppose that come's with the brand. Their failure to have it ready when promised was annoying, to say the least. Nevertheless, we'd use them again - all of these dealers really seem to suck.

Brought the car in, they were promt, courteous, and gave me a loaner. I have also had to stop in to have light bulbs replaced. They told me to go to the parts counter, buy the bulb, and they installed it on the spot for free. There service dept. is open till 11:00 PM which was helpful when I had a problem with the car on my way home at about 5:30 PM.

when my car was covered my the mercedes, i always went here for services and check up..they do a great job, often had loaners on standby, and gave the car a great wash every time, no matter what i went in for...i haven't gone since my contract ended, because it is on the pricey side..

They are very reliable and always do a good job. They are very prompt and we will continue to use them for our auto service needs.

Prestige Mercedes-Benz is a very conscientious and top-notch car dealership. We have 2 Mercedes-Benz cars and they are both excellent cars. This place is so clean you could eat off the floor. Both of our cars are under a warranty for 4 years, and this includes repairs as well as simple oil changes so we haven't had to pay for anything at all.

Prestige is a great place to take my old Mercedes. They treat me with respect. I know I can trust them not to try to fool me into doing unnecessary repairs. The people are courteous and professional. I think the quality of their work is exceptional.

Fair. Company's attention to detail was lacking. Website stated that Company would clean and vacuum car with scheduled service. Car was washed poorly. Car was not vacuumed until I insisted that manager refer to his own website. Company promised loaner car with scheduled service. On arrival, Company stated that their policy was to NOT issue loaners for scheduled service appointments. Company acted unaware of offers made on their own website.
