Paramus Chevrolet

I wanted to lease a Chevy Traverse and went to the dealership in May to check their vaunted low price deals. They welcomed me very professionally but that was about it. As soon as I started asking for specific details of the numbers it threw them off. I had done a very good homework about all the numbers of leasing a car. They started giving me numbers that did not add up. The only thing they were interested in was how much I was ready to pay per month. That is the oldest trick in the leasing book. When I asked the manager Brent CoFrancesco what the money factor rate was his answer, "Gee I don't know, I haven't gotten that question in a while. Let me check for you." He never came back into the room and I dealt with only the sales guys Andrew Soltis from then on. A manager that does not know the current money factor/interest rate but is happily quoting monthly rates...Come on!!! Anyway, I kid you not but Andrew left the room every time (~10 times) I asked for a number, saying he did not know and had to ask his supervisor. A salesperson who is there to smile and just put some number in front of the customer without knowing what anything means!! Anyway their final offer was approximately $50/month more than the offer I had on the table with another dealer. When I mentioned the lower offer they insulted me by saying that it was a very suspicious offer. Finally when I mentioned that their numbers were not adding up they asked me to leave, as I was 'occupying too much of their time' and they had to 'attend to other customers'. At that time there were 4 other sales reps standing alone without a single customer in sight. I have since gotten a great lease deal on the higher Traverse model and ended up buying it. Paramus Chevrolet is the worst dealership experience I had. I am in the process of reporting them to consumer affairs department.

They seemed to do just fine. It cost more than I had expected. The main reason for me to use them was because they were the only Chevrolet dealership left within the reasonable area from where I live but they are also very friendly, seem competent, and professional. I feel comfortable when I go there and I do not feel that I should worry about anything.

I owned couple of Chevrolet in the past, and I have never had a problem. I have gone in, and have my service done.

He buys his cars from there. He has an older Honda that they service and it's good. They do good work. They are very reliable and they've always done good service. The work is done well and my husband is very pleased with their service. I guess their price is competitive with other places but my husband doesn't sell well so that is really a bargain. We use them all the time.

I choose to start my auto shopping at the Paramus Auto Mall because of the excellent work done by their Service Department. This particular dealership has a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction and it is very evident in the knowledge and attitude of each individual I have encountered.
