Changed a lock for me . On time Professional    Knowledgeable Great experience

I called Otis Electric and the owner Jason, answered and came out that day to give us an estimate on recesses lighting, a new fan and new switches and outlets.  He was very knowledgeable and gave us many different options to make our home even more beautiful. This guys knows his stuff, I felt very confident we would be doing business that day. 
 During the installation Jason used drop cloths, cleaned up everything and was very meticulous not to disturb any ceiling paint or wall paint.  It was also done in a timely fashion and that was important to us with 2 young children. 
I really can't find anything negative to say, it just went great. 
 I will be using Otis Electric to upgrade our electrical panel and to install a transfer switch for generator use in the near future.

My wife and I were very pleased with all of Jason's work.  Not only was Jason very responsive (which is very important to us), but his work was done quickly and effectively.  He is very knowledgable about his craft and even spent time with us to indentify future projects and provided us what the priority of those projects should be.  Jason is very professional. detail oriented and does incredible work for a reasonable price.  After completing all of his electric work under a very specific deadline, he took the time to clean up his work area and has continued to follow up with us to ensure customer satisfaction.  Anyone that hire Jason and Otis Electric will be very happy with their decision.
