A well-planned project on time and on budget. Supervised an experienced helper and coordinated job with electrician. Assisted in obtaining the necessary permits. Returned the day after installation to make adjustments to optimize the system. Mr. Faller answered all questions and explained new features of modern boilers.

I REALLY LIKE THIS PERSON. HE WAS RECOMMENDED THROUGH A FRIEND AND MY SHOWER WAS DRIPPING THROUGH THE TILE. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AND HE CAME RIGHT OVER. IT WAS A FOUR HOUR JOB AND HE DID IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. I DEFINITELY WANT TO KEEP HIM.
