furniture sales
 + -1 moreThey came and the building said they didn't have the certificate of insurance. That was a whole day I sat waiting for a sofa. I had to be out of my apartment by 4 and they were due to come between 10 and 2 the day they re-scheduled to come and they knew that and they didn't come until 10 minutes to 4. Then the 2 delivery men couldn't figure out how to get the sofa in the door. I had to direct them. The delivery was lousy but the salesman at the store were fine. The help at the store was wonderful and I really do like my sofa.
Description of Work: I went in and saw the sofa. The salesman, Bruce, helped us. I told him that a certificate of insurance is required by my building and he wrote that right across the top of the bill. We confirmed day of delivery and they gave me a time.
