They have won a variety of design awards, including the “Best of Show” Design Award from Signature Kitchen & Bath Magazine – 7 times! Their exceptional design projects have graced the pages and covers of numerous national design magazines and were featured on HGTV, DIY, The Sopranos and The Apprentice. Their success has made them a household name in their local market and has afforded them national recognition as well - They were commissioned to design the architectural school dorms at Harvard University, the cabinetry of the NYC Plaza Hotel and other multi-unit projects around the country. According to Amir J. Ilin, Küche+Cucina’s president, their success is mainly attributed to their philosophy: “Quality Doesn’t Cost – It Pays!” Ilin explains that the company’s mission is to improve the living standards of their clients by empowering them to make informed choices. As a designer , I have installed many kitchens in high end homes over the years. Amir from Kuche Cucina outshines all others. The quality, the service, the beautiful cabinetry and attention to the client's likes and dislikes are of the highest standard. We worked with two other companies before visiting Kuche Cucina. We kept feeling like we were doing more of the design work than the actual kitchen designers and we needed a professional to tell us what we would need to do to achieve our goals, so we turned to Angie's list and discovered Kuche Cucina. The price was a little more than others but the amount of time we had to spend going back and forth planning the design was minimal. Angelo was a complete professional, with just a few alterations throughout the entire process and very little effort & time required by us, he was able to come up with a design that was appealing and useful. We have an older, slightly crooked house, the existing space was carefully analyzed, our goals were discussed and prioritized to update our kitchen and it is better than we could have ever hoped!

I really benefited from the design capability and one stop shopping of Kuche Cucina. Originally, I just wanted to go 'cheap' for counter tops. They taught me various options; and with redesign skills got me a much better end product, at very good cost. Plus they handle everything and oversee the work to my satisfaction. Much better than the "box store", where limited choice and no supervision of the "work".

The design was great and even though we had a 'smaller' budget, they were real pros and treated us as if we were spending a fortune. We used 'stock' cabinets for all 3 rooms but the design and the installation were great and well worth spending a few dollars more then what we saw in other stores.
A few months after installation, one of the doors turned out to be defective - we called them and they replaced it within a week(!)

K+C did an excellent job of listening to our concerns related to compatibility with the home's existing style and furnishings, producing a design that worked extremely well, with a couple of options for us to choose from, and then managed production and installation.
After installation was complete, there were a couple of details that we wanted adjusted, and K+C was extremely accomodating in providing them.
After completion, we decided that we wanted an additional corner bookcase of a somewhat complex shape, to create a transition from the bar area to the living room. Again, K+C provided a great design solution, as well as production and installation.
We have considerable experience remodelling homes in southern and northern California over the past 30 years, and will say that K+C is the best we have worked with. It can be a challenge learning about new designers and trades in a different area, and this worked perfectly for us.
We definitely look forward to working with K+C on future projects.

WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN!!!!!
We purchased a new house in Tenafly.
After researching all the options for a European style modern kitchen in the
Bergen County and New York City area, we ended up going with Kuche Cucina -
they had a great product selection (incl. Pedini, that we fell in love with),
knew exactly what we were looking for and had many great reviews online!
From the minute we stepped into the Paramus showroom,
we've been treated with professionalism and attention to every detail of our
project... This is not our first kitchen and we had a good benchmark - Kuche
Cucina raised the bar! We chose a high end modern, minimalist kitchen (white
lacquer, frosted glass, etc.) and were very pleased with both the product,
installation and overall value. During the installation their installer
realized that one of the aluminum trim pieces was about 3" too short. We
were most impressed that Kuche Cucina arranged for a new piece to be air
freighted within 3 days - from Italy!!! We highly recommend Kuche Cucina!

The service was exactly as promised. Everything went smoothly and questions and phone calls were answered promptly. My designer left in the middle of my kitchen planning, but everything was handled professionally and I have no complaints,. I would definitely use Kueche & Cucina in the future.

Designing and installing a new kitchen could be overwhelming, frustrating and quite costly. Trusting Kuche+Cucina was like winning the lottery!
Nothing is too complicated and nothing is impossible for that company: Excellent design department, great style options, super professional attitude throughout the whole project time, pretty good delivery timeline (no horror stories about waiting and waiting and waiting for a shipment of parts from overseas), extremely well organized process of installation. We are very grateful to Amir - the company president - for providing such an excellent service and personally being involved in creating, placing orders and supervising the delivery. Amir designed and installed our kitchen about 4 years ago and to this day we are very pleased with the quality and looks of our kitchen and dining room space. We recommended Cuche+Cucina to everyone who complemented on our truly unique kitchen design. We wish Amir many many years in the business that he knows the best!

Kuche Cucina was recommanded to us by a friend from Chappaqua, NY. They claimed that it is well worth the trip (we live in Westchester County). They used Kuche Cucina for their own kitchen and it is very pretty.
When we visted the showroom and saw the displays and met with the designer, we were sold!
The kitchen was designed, delivered and installed on time and the staff at Kuche Cucina were great throughout.
The end result is exactly what we wanted and though it wasn't cheap, other places we shopped at were at the same 'ball park'.
Highly recommanded!!!

The designer described the Style Craft brand cabinetry we would go with as being "painted on like a golf ball", which made us think they would be really scratch resistant, which they weren't. The representative was very nice along the way, but ultimately we ended up feeling ripped off, and with a kitchen well designed by us, but with compromises suggested by the kitchen designer that we didn't have to make like when she thought we wouldn't have a lot of hip clearance in a part of the kitchen where two corners of countertops would be walked between, and it turned out we had plenty. We also got skinny cabinets next to our stove and fan that didn't have to be so skinny thus rendering them useless. We had a clause to pay the last $500 after we were fully satisfied. Three years later we still haven't paid that money because I think we've basically given up-us on them and them on us! After spending over $40,000 on a small kitchen we felt cynical about this "boutique" kitchen store.

WE ALSO KNEW ALL THE APPLIANCES WE WOULD WANT, TOO." BUT THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DESIGN… CLIENT THINKS THAT HE “HAD A CLAUSE TO PAY THE LAST $500 AFTER WE WERE FULLY SATISFIED.” – HE DID NOT! HE SIMPLY DID NOT PAY HIS BILL WITH A MILLION EXCUSES (SEE SOME OF THEM ABOVE). WE WERE SIMPLY GLAD TO WALK AWAY FROM $500 AND NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM EVER AGAIN… IN CONCLUSION: I GUESS AFTER YOU DO 3,000 KITCHENS (FOR CELEBRITIES AND FOR THE REST OF US), SOMEONE IS NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY WITH THE JOB (THOUGH IT WAS ALL VERY SMOOTH – READ ABOVE) NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO…"
