Mathias and Thomas are amazing! They were patient and answered all our questions. We ended up with 3 simple rings for our wedding and they had them all ready, sized and with stones the next day. We had a small imperfection in the one diamond, and brought it back and they changed it out for free with no questions. I needed it sized again in the summer (as the heat made it too tight) and they did it while I waited for no charge. Also, on our first year anniversary, my husband and i brought the wedding bands back for engraving and they didn't charge for that either. They are friendly and so helpful. The best customer service anywhere. I always go back there and would recommend them to anyone.
