IKEA - Paramus

We have always bought stuff through IKEA - Paramus and we have been happy with them. We went to IKEA and we told them that we were interested in doing a kitchen, and all that the person said to us was to go to a computer and look it up there. We thought that we could not go to a computer and do that because we were asking for help. From that one statement, we said no to IKEA. I didn't like that because I felt like there should have been more, at least walk with us to the computer and talk to us. You still need someone to go through with us and give us a plan. It is a great store because things are not expensive and they are adorable but as far as the service goes, we did not like it at all. I think the price would have been good because at that time, they had a discount sale going on and we had looked at cabinets and things to put in the kitchen and they looked of good quality. If someone would have helped us, we would have gone to IKEA but we drove an hour and half but we weren't helped.
