Description of Work: Picked out a lovely futon frame, mattress, and custom-made cover/bolsters and pillows. They were wonderful negotiating the price down a bit and scheduling delivery at our convenience. They were also patient and helpful as we made our selection. Two important suggestions: 1) Make certain they plan to take the cartons away after delivery and set up. (Someone came back to get them after I called) and 2) Make certain the cover is put on in the store BEFORE delivery. Because it was a custom-made cover, ours arrived by UPS and because of the tight fit it was a struggle to get it on. We would have been better off to delay delivery until it could be put on by their people. That being said -- we are VERY happy with the results and the service we received and would highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreI flew in like a hurricane, looked around, sat on everything, stretched out on everything. Immediately found a frame I liked (there were lots of nice ones), and salesman Mike showed me all the options of finish and futon cover. Some items were discounted which made the purchase easier. As he was writing it up, I realized I had meant to upgrade one step above the basic futon. He gladly made the change. At the very last minute, I asked him to go over with me once more the opening and closing of the bed, and I realized in the small room the couch would be in, we wouldn't have room to stand alongside it to open/close. So it turned out there was an option to open/close from the front instead. The order was made on a Friday and on the following Wednesday (I think it would have been sooner but the front-load option delayed it a day or so) a really nice, professional young man came and assembled the couch in the room. I asked him if there were floor protectors on the legs, he gladly put some on that I provided. He put the cover on for me, and bingo! Instant guest room, right before the holiday.
Description of Work: I bought a futon couch in a hurry!
