I flew in like a hurricane, looked around, sat on everything, stretched out on everything. Immediately found a frame I liked (there were lots of nice ones), and salesman Mike showed me all the options of finish and futon cover. Some items were discounted which made the purchase easier. As he was writing it up, I realized I had meant to upgrade one step above the basic futon. He gladly made the change. At the very last minute, I asked him to go over with me once more the opening and closing of the bed, and I realized in the small room the couch would be in, we wouldn't have room to stand alongside it to open/close. So it turned out there was an option to open/close from the front instead. The order was made on a Friday and on the following Wednesday (I think it would have been sooner but the front-load option delayed it a day or so) a really nice, professional young man came and assembled the couch in the room. I asked him if there were floor protectors on the legs, he gladly put some on that I provided. He put the cover on for me, and bingo! Instant guest room, right before the holiday.
