piano tuning
 + -1 moreI was very lucky to have had this excellent company back their product even 6 months out of the actual limitation the warranty had in order to fix this serious problem with the piano. They personally contacted the manufacturer out of Germany themselves and received permission to do this. I am very grateful for both their generosity as well as their professionalism, and would refer anyone reading this to them for the purchase and upkeep of a piano.
Description of Work: The pins on all of the 88 keys on my Schimmel piano were badly out of tune and the warranty had expired six months earlier. They repaired the entire piano, taking the piece back to their shop, and returning it in about a week or so.
