I was very lucky to have had this excellent company back their product even 6 months out of the actual limitation the warranty had in order to fix this serious problem with the piano. They personally contacted the manufacturer out of Germany themselves and received permission to do this. I am very grateful for both their generosity as well as their professionalism, and would refer anyone reading this to them for the purchase and upkeep of a piano.
