Everything was fine. I chose them based on a recommendation from someone. I was pleased with their work. My experience with them was good. I think the price was fair. I would use their services in the future too.

The 50 year old supply valve in the basement broke, and there was no water flowing in the house. After checking Angie's List, I called Mark at Diedolf and Son. It was early evening, and I did not expect a response that night. On the contrary, the emergency number got an immediate response. Mark came over immediately. He was nice, courteous and professional. Best of all, the valves were replaced in less than two hours. He did a great job.

I got an immediate call back, and he was able to come to my house the same week as the April floods. The work was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I am planning to use him again to change a faucet VERY SOON!

I left a message on his voice mail and my call was returned promptly. He set up to come within a few days. He showed up on time and knew what was wrong and fixed it right away. My daughter had recommended him to me and I would definitely recommend him.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER USED THIS COMPANY. MY BROTHER, WHO USES THIS PLUMBER, RECOMMENDED HIM. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK, SO FAR. I'M GLAD TO USE A COMPANY THAT SOMEONE CLOSE RECOMMENDS. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR, TOO!
