COMP USA

Comp USA is a little better than average. It all depends on who is working at the time that you go in. I am lucky enough not to have to use them for repairs because my buddy does that for me. As far as buying computers, if you know what you want and need, they will assist you in finding whatever it is that you are looking for. Their hours are good and they make themselves available.

Comp USA is probably a company that is above average. Their sales team is okay. They made statements which led me to believe they were knowledgeable about computers. I would use them again to buy a computer in the future. I will say that they can improve their rebate department and who handles that. Getting a rebate back after my computer purchase with them was quite a process.

Comp USA is another large company. Supposedly you pay more going through these places but at least you get some face to face contact. It all depends on who you deal with as far as the service level you receive if you ask me. I have dealt with good people and I have dealt with bad people. Overall, I would call them an average place to buy a computer from. They could be worse; they could also be better.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE MANAGER OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT. THE PERSON THAT ULTIMATELY WORKED ON IT DID DO A GOOD JOB. THE COMPUTER WAS UNDER A SERVICE CONTRACT.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE JUST HELPFUL. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING BLOWN OFF. THEY RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND GOT BACK TO MY RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY QUICK. IT WAS VERY GOOD WORK.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO FIX MY COMPUTER. I HAD TO WAIT IN A VERY DISORDERLY LINE FOR A LONG TIME TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER. IT WAS NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I DO NOT KNOW SPECIFICALLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR COMPUTER, BUT THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE RIGHT AWAY WHEN WE CALLED THEM. THEY TOOK THE COMPUTER WITH THEM TO REPAIR IT, AND THEY WERE ONLY GONE ABOUT A COUPLE OF HOURS AND BROUGHT IT BACK.
